CONE ZONE: Lane Closure at Donegan Road and Cedar Crest Drive, July 9-10, 2020

Donegan Road will be reduced to one lane at the intersection of Cedar Crest Drive for a water line tie in on Thursday and Friday, July 9-10, 2020 as part of the ongoing Cedar Crest Drive Construction project.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane on Donegan Road at the intersection with Cedar Crest Drive beginning Thursday July 9, 2020 through Friday July 10, 2020 for a water line tie-in. Minimal delays are expected.

Paving on Midland Avenue between 8th and 27th will begin Monday July 6, 2020 at 7 AM. Work is expected to be completed Friday July 10, weather permitting. The project will include lane closures and short delays.

New Electric Vehicle Charging Stations in Glenwood Springs

The City of Glenwood Springs has installed three Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. The locations include an expanded charging station in the downtown parking garage, City Hall, and Sayre Park. Funding for the project comes form Charge Ahead Colorado.

RIDE Glenwood and RFTA Bus Stop at Roaring Fork Marketplace Closed June 29 through July 10, 2020

The Ride Glenwood and RFTA Valley Local Service Bus Stops on Blake Ave at the Roaring Fork Marketplace will be closed from Monday June 29 until Friday July 10 for roadway paving in the area.

Glenwood Springs Cancels 2020 Spring Clean Up, Offers Landfill Vouchers

The City of Glenwood Springs has canceled Spring Clean Up for 2020. This is a proactive measure to limit employee-resident interactions to slow the potential spread, impacts, and damage of COVID-19.

Residents can receive a voucher for one free personal pick-up size load at the landfill to assist with normal Spring Clean Up items.  Vouchers are available to Glenwood Springs residents only, and only one per household.
